The course took place from Wednesday 9th – Friday 11th March 2016 at the New Dodoma Hotel, Dodoma, Tanzania.
67 delegates attended from various regions in Tanzania plus 3 delegates from Zambia.
Delegates thought talks were interesting and informative, and the group sessions were valuable as they allowed everyone to share their experiences.

“very useful for me and I am going to use and disseminate the knowledge to others”…

There were a mixture of nurses, clinical officers, medical officers, research, site or clinic coordinators, paediatricians, pharmacist and nutritionists.Delegates were asked to complete a course evaluation form to provide organisers with feedback. They rated presentations an average of 9.1, content covered 9.1 and usefulness 9.3 all out of a possible 10. The overall average of all scores being 9.2.

The course was held on Thursday 28th – Saturday 30th January 2016.
78 delegates attended from all over India. Overall, feedback was very positive:

“it was a good interaction and I can understand the work being done globally against HIV transmission”…

“overall CME was very educative and good practical tips were given”…

“wonderful workshop, really got a global view, more emphasis on situation in India is needed”…

There was a mixture of Paediatricians, Infections Disease consultants, Doctors and Programme Leaders.
Delegates were asked to complete a course evaluation form to provide organisers with feedback. They rated presentations an average of 8.3, content covered 8.3 and usefulness 8.2 all out of a possible 10. The overall average of all scores being 8.3.
