Chief People, Communications and Culture Officer.

Giuseppe has been working in EU and Extra-EU B2B and B2C companies for 10 years. He worked in ICT, IT, Media Intelligence and Industrial companies. He held roles as Chief Human Resources Officer and People Development Manager and also provided HR temporary management consultancy for international firms. His work in the HR field concerned the startup of HR Departments, the reorganization of the HR (as part of M&A process), development of human resources through training projects, welfare plans (from preplacement / outplacement to supplementary healthcare), talent acquisition, talent management and on boarding process.

He attended specific Master and Training courses focused on HR Management, Compensation, Benefits and Company Welfare, Payroll & HR Administration, Financial statements analysis and data interpretation.

He strongly believes in HRTech tools as the right system for building an ecosystem of transparent, flexible and interoperable HR solutions.

He also has a PhD in Italian Philology, Linguistics and Literature and during his free time he wrote and published scientific papers and books on some italian poets.
