20th Annual Chiva Conference

The Chiva conference is an important event for all health and social care professionals working with children or young people living with HIV or young adults who have transitioned to adult HIV care.

The 20th annual Chiva conference will take place from Thursday 12 March (evening) to Friday 13 March 2026, at Warwick University and will be in-person only. Speakers will include:

– Prof Kevin Fenton – The new HIV Action Plan (Thursday evening)
– Prof Diana Gibb – How HIV trials are evolving
– Prof Rashida Abbas Ferrand & Dr Merle Henderson – Ageing with perinatally-acquired HIV and understanding outcomes in different contexts

Other topics will include the latest updates on HIV cure research and more.
