UENPS Do’s & Don’ts – Best Practice in Neonatology 2026
The 16th International Congress of UENPS (Union of European Neonatal & Perinatal Societies), will be held on 26-30 May 2026 in Bratislava, Slovakia. This congress will focus on the do’s and don’ts in neonatal care, offering practical guidance, evidence-based strategies, and best practices to improve outcomes for newborns.
The programme features interactive workshops, practical sessions, and keynote lectures on essential topics such as nutrition, growth restriction, neonatal seizures, hypoxia, and brain monitoring. With the active contribution of GFCNI and the SPIN Congress, sessions are designed for neonatologists, paediatricians, nurses, and perinatal specialists to gain hands-on skills and take home practical strategies.
Submit your abstracts by 15 March 2026. Selected abstracts will be published in Neonatology (Karger), the official journal of UENPS. In addition, all submitted abstracts will automatically compete for the Karger Prize – “Advancing Neonatal Care” (600 EUR), awarded to the best abstract presented at the Congress.
