Elena is the HR Generalist at Penta Foundation.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Modern Languages for International Communication and Cooperation from the University of Padua, Italy, with a specialisation in English and Russian.
Currently at Penta, she is part of the HR Team and, as such, she supports all activities related personnel administration. Her responsibilities include administrative support for staff members, coordination of HR processes, and assistance with Health and Safety matters, as well as other related HR functions.
