Eleonora is the HR Manager and Equality Officer at Penta.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Political Sciences from the University of Padua, Italy. She also has a background in inclusion, gender equality, and diversity management.
As HR Manager and Equality Officer, her role involves the management of all HR matters of Penta Foundation’s Staff members. She takes also care of Penta’s Health and Safety and other related matters.
As Penta Foundation’s Equality Officer, she is committed to spreading a free-from-biases culture and maintaining an inclusive work environment. She coordinates the Penta Gender Equality Working Group and takes care of all matters, staff training and initiatives related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
