4th International Paediatric HIV Symposium in Africa (IPHASA)

The International Paediatric HIV Symposium in Africa (IPHASA), to be held in Pretoria, South Africa, from 2-4 December 2026, provides a continent-wide platform where African paediatric and adolescent HIV researchers, implementers, and policy makers gather to share original research, showcase innovations and build skills in implementation science.

Through this year’s symposium, titled Which children and adolescents are we leaving behind in Africa? Targeting the paediatric and adolescent HIV response with laser-focused interventions for efficiency and sustainability, partners aim to support evidence-to-practice translation so that what works in the research or pilot settings becomes routine programme reality across Africa.

Abstract submission deadline: 10 July 2026. Registration deadline: 15 November 2026.
